Inyo County Office of Education School District’s dropout rate in the 2019-20 school year increased by 40.2 percent compared to the previous school year’s dropout rate of 41.8 percent.
Bishop Union High School’s dropout rate in the 2019-20 school year increased by 3.9% compared to the previous school year.
There were no new teachers in Bishop who signed the pledge on Oct. 28, according to an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project.
Critical Race Theory will be taught by two teachers in Bishop who’ve signed an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project by the week ending Oct. 16.
