Inyo County Board of Supervisors to meet in Tecopa on November 4

The Inyo County Board of Supervisors will hold its next regular meeting in Tecopa on Tuesday, November 4 at 2:30 p.m. The session will take place at the Tecopa Community Center, located at 400 Tecopa Hot Springs Rd. This is the second time this year that the board has convened in Tecopa, following a previous meeting there in May.

Agenda items for the upcoming meeting include an update on the Bonanza Peak Solar Project and an introduction of the new concessionaire for the Tecopa Hot Springs and Campground. The board will also consider approval of a new rate schedule for the campground. Additional updates are expected from several organizations, including the Amargosa Conservancy, Southern Inyo Fire Protection District, Friends of the Amargosa Basin, and Center for Biological Diversity.
