On Friday, March 28, former Mammoth High School standout Matt Toomey’s current college team, the Long Beach State Beach, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.
The game took place at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. This was their first matchup against the Gauchos this season.
