Of the 519 people living in Wilkerson CDP in 2019, 40.3 percent (209) were women and 59.7 percent (310) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Sierra News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 150-to-123. In the 65 and over age range, there were 54 females and 57 males.
