Of the 2,755 people living in Dixon Lane-Meadow Creek CDP in 2020, 45.8 percent (1,261) were women and 54.2 percent (1,494) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Sierra News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 101. In the 65 and over age range, there were 339 females and 237 males.
