Of the 101 people living in Alpine Village CDP in 2019, 45.5 percent (46) were women and 54.5 percent (55) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the East Sierra News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 49-to-22.
